Players of the Pennsylvania Lottery might have a harder time purchasing tickets on Monday and Tuesday as a result of an upgrade of the Lottery’s computer system. Lottery officials say the upgrade is set to start after midnight Monday and will take until late in the day on Tuesday. Drawings will still occur, but players won’t be able to buy any Fast Play tickets or Draw Game tickets at Lottery retail locations or online. Draw Games include Powerball, Mega Millions, Treasure Hunt, Cash 5 with Quick Cash, Match 6 Lotto, Cash4Life and PICK family of games. State police arrested a man from Louisiana Thursday morning after he was accused of driving his pickup truck while drunk in circles on farmland in Donegal Township. Raines Joe Billy, 29, of Covington, La., faces several misdemeanor charges including driving under the influence, agricultural vandalism, trespassing and simple assault.
