Tavern cited: The operators of New Bentleyville Tavern, 843 Main St., Bentleyville, were cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly allowing gambling on the premises April 25.
Minors allegedly served: The operators of McMonagle’s Pizza and Joe’s 6 Packs, 153 Union St., California, were cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly allowing two 20-year-olds to frequent the premises Feb. 26 and on other occasions within the past year. The operators also were cited for furnishing alcohol to the two 20-year-olds Feb. 26.
Money, shoes stolen: Carrie Svecnik of 752 Regent Drive told Chartiers police Friday $200 was stolen from a lock box in her home. A pair of Air Jordan sneakers also was stolen, police said.
Man jailed: Donald Payne Jr., 56, of 311 Baker St., Finleyville, is charged by Monongahela police with possession of drugs with intent to deliver, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse him of having two small bags of crack and related items when they approached him about 5:40 p.m. June 7 at a picnic table behind a bar on Route 88. District Judge James Ellis issued the case in a summons Friday. Police sent Payne to Washington County jail that day on a parole violation.
Trio charged: Monongahela police have filed charges of simple assault and harassment against Patrick D. Brown, 21, of 5120 Lytle St., Pittsburgh; and Mikayla Timmieya Harris, 19, and Michael Javon Jackson, 21, both of 114 Sheridan Ave., Pittsburgh, court records show. The charges stem from alleged assaults on Kelly Wilson and Derek Terrant about 7:30 p.m. April 28 at Second and Chess streets. District Judge James Ellis issued the cases Monday by summons.
Assault alleged: Robert Henry Martin Jr., 29, of 114 Union St., New Eagle, is charged by Monongahela police with making terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, court records show. Police accuse him of pointing a handgun at his girlfriend, Lana Blue, threatening to kill her and punching her several times in the stomach and head about 5:40 a.m. Tuesday at his residence. Martin is free on $10,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge James Ellis.
Bar cited: The operators of Old Trails Cafe, 669 National Pike East, South Strabane, were cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly allowing gambling on the premises April 25.
Driver faces charge: Paul Fonner Jr., 53, of Washington, will be charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol after he allegedly hit a utility pole at the intersection of East Maiden Street and South Wade Avenue, Washington, with his pickup truck June 3. He then allegedly drove around the block and parked in the lot of an East Maiden business.
False ID charge: Bruce Gaito, 44, of 137 Scott Ave., Washington, will be charged by Washington police with giving false identification stemming from an incident Monday in the 100 block of Hall Avenue.
Screen damaged: Scott McClenathon of 28 Scott Ave. told Washington police Monday the screen in his screen door was damaged by vandals.
Phone stolen: Isaiah Robinson of Washington told Washington police early Tuesday his iPhone was stolen while he was visiting Jollick Manor.
