‘Extraordinary’ donation presented

Justin Killion, second from left, who was profiled in June as part of the Observer-Reporter’s Extraordinary People feature, received $500 to donate to the charity of his choice. Killion, who was recognized for rescuing Kylie Welch from a dog mauling at Angel Ridge Animal Rescue in Meadow Lands in April, selected Chartiers Township Parks and Recreation as the recipient of the donation, underwritten by the newspaper and Range Resources.
