Brad Miller, 36, of 200 Old Scales Road, was driving north near Amity when he lost control of his car and crashed shortly before 1 a.m., police said.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle when the car crashed into an embankment, rolled onto its roof and slid more than 200 feet, police said. Miller died at the scene of multiple traumatic injuries, Washington County Coroner Timothy Warco said.
Lone Pine and Amity fire departments assisted police. Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the crash.
Miller is the sixth person to die on Washington County roads this year.
