Driveway stained: Dennis Dorbin of 170 Mowl Road told state police that someone spilled diesel fuel in his driveway, causing a stain, between 11 p.m. June 9 and 7 p.m. June 10.
BLAINE TOWNSHIP
Vehicle damaged: State police said a rock was thrown at a vehicle belonging to Susan Wilhelm of 3741 Buffalo Creek Road between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. Thursday.
A taillight on her vehicle was broken.
CANTON TOWNSHIP
Trailer damaged: State poice said a rock was thrown at a window on a trailer belonging to Patricia Dillion of 1520 Jefferson Ave., Lot 3, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
CROSS CREEK TOWNSHIP
Windows broken: State police said the windows of a backhoe owned by Atlas Energy of Smithfield were broken between Tuesday and Wednesday at a construction site on Old Ridge Road.
ROBINSON TOWNSHIP
Driver arrested: Richard Arbuckle, 22, of McDonald, was arrested Thursday after he crashed a vehicle he had allegedly just stolen into a storage shed on Candor Road.
State police said Arbuckle stole the 2001 Nissan Xterra from the house of Tara Cowden, who lives on Nobelstown Road, Robinson Township, at 10:48 p.m. Shortly, thereafter, he crashed the vehicle, police said.
He was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, unathorized use of a vehicle and driving under the influence. He was arraigned before District Judge Valarie Costanzo and placed in Washington County Jail on $10,000 straight bond.
SOMERSET TOWNSHIP
Theft charge: State police reported that a 17-year-old boy has been charged with stealing a bank card belonging to Bonnie and Jack Wright of Eighty Four and making $308 in purchases between May 24 and June 1.
The juvenile was charged with theft and access device fraud, said state police.
WEST FINLEY TOWNSHIP
Criminal mischief: Kathleen M. Hartzell of 475 West Finley Road reported that the windows were broken out of her car while it was parked along the road outside her home between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 4:58 p.m. Friday, said state police.
WEST BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP
Criminal mischief: Lois L. Bercosky of 1628 Lone Pine Road told state police that her mailbox was damaged between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 9:20 a.m. Thursday.
