Two face charges: Two people were charged after they became involved in a fight at 1 a.m. Sunday at a house at 206 S. Market St., state police said. Crystal Jacobs, 28, of 206 S. Market St., was charged with simple assault. Shannon Eperjesi will face a charge of harassment, police said.

Police said Eperjesi suffered injuries about the head and face.

No injuries: No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday on Crucible Road, state police said. Police said James R. Lutes, 82, of Carmichaels was attempting to back up from his mailbox into his driveway when his vehicle collided with a vehicle traveling on Crucible Road operated by Andrew R. Wood, 23, of Rices Landing.

Burglary: Two guns were stolen in a burglary June 18 at a residence on Old Water Works Road, state police said.

The Marlin lever-action 45-70-caliber rifle and Maverick Arms 12-gauge shotgun are owned by Walter Nesic of Dilliner.

Anyone with information on the burglary is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.

Assault: Mark Allen Sanders, 25, of Mt. Morris, assaulted Brandon Michael Williams, 23, of Point Marion at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in Greene County Jail, state police said. Both are inmates.

Williams was treated for facial injuries at Southwest Regional Medical Center and returned to the jail.

Valve damaged: A valve was broken on a water tank at an Atlas Energy well site on Sugar Run Road about 2:25 a.m. Monday, state police said.

The broken valve caused several hundred gallons of water to leak from the tank.

Burglary: A 42-inch plasma television and a chain saw were stolen in a burglary at a home in Dora Village between June 18 and Thursday, state police said.

The property is owned by Antoinette M. Cline of Greensboro.
