Man exposes self on Montour Trail

A man exposed himself to a woman along the Montour Trail in Robinson Township at about 5:30 p.m. Monday. State police said the man was white, between 40 and 50, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a medium build. He had on a blue button-down shirt, dark blue cap and had large binoculars.
The woman said the man was in the bushes and came out on the trail at mile marker 13, near Quicksilver Road, wearing no pants. He ran when spotted.
