Fred and Jean Hutchison Macik of McMurray celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with family and friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Macik were married June 25, 1949, in Fawcett United Methodist Church.
Their children are Iris Doverspike of Lawrence, Laureen Violi of McMurray and Nancy Nemeth of Langeloth.
The couple have six grandchildren, Denny Doverspike, Christine McMonagle, Scott Doverspike, Gina Violi, Michael Violi and Stephanie Pond; and six great-grandchildren.
He worked for Consolidation Coal Co., Montour 4 for 40 years. She worked for W.J. Grant Co. and Mayview State Hospital and is a homemaker.
