All maintenance activities are conducted weather permitting. Motorists are urged to drive with caution throughout all work areas and be alert for signed work zones requiring the use of headlights.
Crews will be conducting the following activities:
n Bridge beams will be replaced on Route 18 in New Freeport.
n Patch paving and base repair on Route 18 in Nettle Hill, Route 4007 (Ackley Creek Road) in Richhill Township, and Route 21 in Cumberland Township.
n Shoulder drop-offs will be repaired on Interstate 79.
n Surface treatment will be done on Route 3001 (Alleppo/Windy Gap Road), Route 3005 (Herods Run/Long Run Road), Route 3002 (Iron City Drive), Route 3003 (Ross Hill Road), Route 3004 (in Nettle Hill) and Route 3004 (Ned Ridge Road).
n Signs will be updated, downed signs will be replaced, bridges will be cleaned and work orders will be addressed on various state routes throughout Greene County.
