Bobbi Jo Reed, no age given, of 7 Rockmore Drive, McDonald; possession with intent to deliver heroin; charged April 13 for selling four bags of heroin to an undercover police officer in a parking lot on East Pike Street in Canonsburg; sentence - county's 23-month treatment court.
Daniel A. Grennell II, 23, of 395 Purdy Road, Burgettstown; receiving stolen property; charged Nov. 26 at his home; sentence - county's 23-month treatment court.
Robin Hill, 48, of 925 Henry St., Belle Vernon; harassment, disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 19 for harassing a woman at 609 1st St., Donora; sentence - 6 months of probation.
Two people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program for first-time offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged.
Jesse T. Knochel, 19, of 160 Marion Drive, McMurray, was admitted for 12 months for a first driving under the influence offense. He was charged June 5 on Patterson Road in Nottingham Township.
Douglas W. Spanovich, 20, of 149 Highland Hills Road, Follansbee, W.Va., was admitted for 12 months for theft. He was charged Nov. 5 for stealing $29 in gasoline from a Burgettstown gas station.

Tammy R. Conrad, 38, of 12 Short St., Daisytown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 27, 2007, following a seat belt safety check on Intermediate Unit Drive in California; sentence - 6 to 12 months in jail.
Tammy L. McCoy, 21, of 3240 Millers Run Road, Apt. 3, Cecil; hindering apprehension, corruption of minors; charged Feb. 11, 2008, at her home; sentence - 14 days to 23 months in jail.
Jesse Cassidy, 24, of 4 Overlook Park, New Eagle; simple assault, resisting arrest; charged June 7, 2008, for assaulting an officer at the Monongahela police station; sentence - 4 to 41 months in jail.
Stephen M. Sholtis, 22, of 609 Jackson Ave., Brownsville; theft, receiving stolen property; charged for stealing $79,000 worth of copper cable from a Consol Energy site off the Dunningsville exit in Somerset Township in March 2008; sentence - 4 years of probation, restitution.
Harold E. Willard, 46, of 30 College Ave., Millsboro; possession of marijuana; charged Feb. 20 following a traffic stop on Route 88 in California; sentence - 30 days of probation.
Daniel Thompson, 25, of 4984 Linderman Ave., Bethel Park; forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 13, 2008, for forging a prescription and attempting to get it filled at the Rite Aid in Canonsburg, and Nov. 2 following a traffic stop on Route 19 in South Strabane Township; sentence - 30 days to 35 months in jail.
Clayton F. Mitchell, 25, of 2820 Wilson St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia, indecent assault, disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 22, 2006, for assaulting a girl at 60 Apt. D Bel Air Drive, Canton Township, on July 4 for causing a disturbance at 221 Brook St., McDonald, and on April 15 behind the Woodland Apartments in North Franklin Township; sentence - Intermediate Punishment Program for 23 months with the first 60 days in jail followed by 60 days on electronic home monitoring followed by 60 days of intensive supervision.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle was:
James Pitcock, 45, of 103 W. Lincoln Ave., Apt. 1A, McDonald; third or subsequent DUI offense; charged July 20 following a traffic stop on South McDonald Street in McDonald with a 0.163 blood-alcohol content; sentence - 12 to 36 months in jail, $2,500 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver's license suspension.
