Truck blocks I-79 ramp at Houston

As of 1:45 p.m. Friday, a truck was blocking the ramp onto northbound Interstate 79 at the Houston-Eighty Four exit in North Strabane Township.
Traffic was jammed on Route 519 in both directions. Traffic control was at the site to direct motorists.
