Dessify, 46, of 444 Carson St., is being held in Washington County Jail on accusations she dealt crack from her house that had drawn many complaints from her neighbors, city police said.
Warrants have also been issued for the arrests of two co-conspirators: Isreal Johnson, 26, who lived with Dessify; and Scott M. Davis, 23, of 31 Dovercrest Road, Eighty Four.
