Wild Things need host families for players

The Washington Wild Things are in need of families to host players during the 2007 Frontier League season.

The players stay with their host families throughout the season, beginning with training camp in mid-May and ending at the conclusion of the season in early September

"The popularity of this program over the past four years has been phenomenal," said Leo Trich of Ballparks Scholarship, Inc. "It's amazing to me how many families have opened their homes and their hearts to these young men, and it's been positive for everyone involved. The players get an 'adopted' family and their hosts seem to really enjoy the guys becoming part of their families."
