n Action: The board accepted a $4,000 donation from Aker Solutions in Canonsburg. The donation to Claysville Elementary School must be used to buy technology equipment.

The board approved a memorandum of understanding with the teachers union to accept transfer requests to fill the vacant middle school science position and the position of teacher of gifted students. The district will use a substitute for the middle school science vacancy until May 19.
