Washington 'sDUI Offenders : 5/3/2009
Now is the time to rise above and demand a DUI Court program such as that of Allegheny County. Attornies need to educate themselves further and defend your clients the proper way. It is not "State Mandated" to send an offender to prison when there are alternatives offered in the next county over.
