This article has been read 970 times.

A South Franklin Township man died early Saturday as a result of a vehicle accident in Amwell Township, according to Washington County Coroner Tim Warco.

Brad Miller, 36, of 200 Old Scales Road, was traveling north on Route 19 near Amity shortly before 1 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle, which struck an embankment before rolling over. The vehicle slid on its roof for about 210 feet before coming to rest. State police said Miller, who was ejected from the vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt. Miller's death was ruled accidental and he died of multiple traumatic injuries, Warco said.

State police are investigating the accident. Lone Pine and Amity fire departments and Ambulance & Chair Service assisted.
