Theft: Numerous tools were stolen from a van owned by Trader's Plumbing and Heating parked behind the company's offices on Route 188 between 4:30 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday, state police said. WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP Crash: Doreen J. Moore, 51, of Waynesburg, lost control of her vehicle while driving south on Interstate 79 at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.
