Two injured in wreck A man and a girl, both of Venetia, were flown from the scene of a two-vehicle, head-on accident at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on Bebout Road, Peters Township police said. A vehicle driven by Amanda Heitmeier, 18, of Venetia, crossed the center of Bebout Road, west of Turkeyfoot Road, and collided with a westbound sport utility vehicle driven by Timothy Thomas, 47, also of Venetia, police said. Heitmeier was not injured. Thomas was flown from a landing zone in nearby Peterswood Park to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh, where a spokeswoman said he was in good condition Thursday. A passenger in his vehicle, Michelle Thomas, also of Venetia, was flown from the park to Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, where a spokewoman said she was in fair condition Thursday afternoon.
