Congratulations! : 5/26/2009
Congratulations to the students for working hard and making it to graduation. It would appear the combined number of graduating seniors from Carmichaels, Jefferson-Morgan, and Mapletown is less than 200. Does anyone REALLY think that is too large of a senior class if it were in one building? Looking at it this way, how can we all not scream to our state government officials to hurry this merger process?

Merger is coming, so you guys need to get togather and work togather on a merger plan because if not Rendell will make a plan for you, and as of now that appears to be what is going to happen .

I graduated in a class of around 400 from a school in fayette county back in 1985. It wasn't too large so why can't these schools merge. There are some people who just don't want it. Its a wonder why they don't who knows but its going to happen. It needs to happen. You would have to build a new school and not have any repairs that these older buildings need less administration and teachers. Get on with it already.
