UPDATED - Peters teen charged in baseball bat assault
Taylor DiBart of 117 Simmons Road, McMurray, is charged with aggravated assault in the attack on Hunter Braden, 18, of McMurray.
At a news conference Friday, Peters police said Braden drove to DiBart's home and walked into the front yard about 5:20 p.m. DiBart came out of the house with a metal baseball bat and struck Braden once in the head and once in the shoulder.
Braden was later taken to a Pittsburgh hospital, where police said he is in intensive care with a fractured skull. Police are continuing to investigate but do not have a motive for the assault.

this entire situation is terrible..my heart goes out to both families. what is the world coming to? when two young adults react to each other with such violence..something must be done. there is a deeper problem here..one that every parent needs to be more aware of..what kind of men will these children grow up to become and model to other young boys who are watching them? We must take a stand NOW..before its too late
