Court cases

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing Friday before Judge John DiSalle were:

Calvin Masten, 18, of 10857 Hunters Woods Lane, North Huntingdon Township; possession of small amount of marijuana; charged Dec. 16 at the Kwik Fill in California; sentence - Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.


Terry M. Queen, 24, of 68R South Main St., Fredericktown; theft; charged April 13, 2007, for stealing money from Cheapies Outlet in Brownsville; sentence - 18 months of probation, restitution.

David E. Flickner, 47, of 95 Gardener St., Avella; theft; charged March 16 for stealing tie plates from railroad tracks in Avella; sentence - 12 months of probation, restitution.

Rachel Dunn, 24, of 1145A Robinson Highway, McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 29 following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in South Strabane Township; sentence - 12 months of probation.
