Munger - 50 years

Gary and Linda Munger of Cecil Township celebrated their golden wedding anniversary May 29 with a family dinner at Peter's Place in Bridgeville.

Mr. and Mrs. Munger were married May 29, 1959, in Fawcett United Methodist Church, Bridgeville with the Rev. William Jenkins officiating.

The couple are the parents of Kirk Munger and Clark Munger, both of Cecil, and Linell Mankey of Canonsburg.

Their eight grandchildren are Laura, Matthew, Dustin, Casey, Hannah and Caitlyn Munger and Carolyn and Jacob Mankey. They also have one great-grandson.

Mr. Munger, son of Ernest and Nellie Munger, is a retired self-employed contractor.

Mrs. Munger, daughter of Alex and Esther Sharkey, is a member of the support staff at Heritage Library in McDonald.
