The fly swatter in chief

This article has been read 447 times.

Not since Lyndon Johnson lifted a beagle puppy by its ears has there been an animal cruelty scandal in the White House. But last week President Obama killed a fly - in the middle of a television interviews - leading to a protest by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

PETA sent Obama a Katcha Bug Humane Bug Catcher that enables you to trap a house fly and then release it outdoors.

Shouldn't you have to feed the fly first?

I wonder: if I send PETA a video of me swatting one of the dozens of mosquitoes in my house, will they send me a mosquito trap?

I wonder what PETA members would do if they had a house full of cockroaches? Do we really think they would catch and then release everyone of them? PETA members can be so full of cow dung at times.
