Benedetti - 60 years

A family dinner is planned to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of Dan and Dolores Tiberi Benedetti of Scenery Hill.

They were married June 25, 1949, at St. Luke Church, now Ave Maria Parish, Bentleyville. Celebrant at their 11 a.m. Mass was the groom's uncle, the late Rev. Albert DeFrancesco.

Their children are Deborah Benedetti Hamilton of State College, Donald Benedetti of Ohio and Douglas Benedetti of Ellsworth.

Their grandchildren are Danielle Waters, Steven and Matthew Benedetti and Christopher Clayton and Amber Scarborough. They also have three great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Benedetti both retired in 1993, he from Washington Federal Bank and she from Fairmont Supply. They also enjoyed volunteering for various organizations.
