CANONSBURG
Rocks tossed: Anthony Fortunato of 209 Como St. told Canonsburg police Sunday that rocks were tossed through the windows of his home.
PFA charge: Curtis Thomas Jr., 25, of Canonsburg, will be charged with violating a protection-from-abuse order after threatening to kill his mother, Venus Deck of 20 Payne Place, on Sunday, Canonsburg police said.

Backpack stolen: Michele Matthews of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police Saturday that a backpack owned by her 12-year-old son was stolen while he was at Town Park.
Theft charge: Derrick W. Allen, 23, of 115 Second St., Houston, will be charged by Canonsburg police with theft, harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with a June 18 incident in Valley View Terrace.
He is accused of punching Latoya Rosiek, 24, of 511 Valley View, and throwing her cellular telephone onto the roof. Kelly Rae Metz, 18, of 424 Valley View, and Harry Wilson Jr., 24, of 28 Bowen Road, McDonald, will be charged with disorderly conduct for their alleged roles in the incident.
CECIL TOWNSHIP
Woman charged: Donna Campbell, 51, of Rockmore Drive in the Gilmore section of Cecil Township, was charged with two drug violations following a traffic stop at 3 p.m. Saturday, township police said.
During the stop on Miller's Run Road, police said, Campbell was found with eight bags of heroin. She was arraigned before District Judge Valarie Costanzo, charged with possession of heroin and delivery of a controlled substance. Campbell was placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
In addition to the drugs, police said $240 in cash and a cellular telephone were found in her car.
CHARLEROI
Drug charges: Aaron Lee Davis, 39, of 634 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Saturday by Charleroi police on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver crack and powder cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the borough.
He was arraigned before District Judge Valarie Costanzo and placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond.
DONORA
Woman jailed: Misty Lee Frasik, 31, of New Kensington, was arrested Sunday afternoon by Donora police after she allegedly kicked in the door to the home of her former boyfriend's grandmother at 217 Waddell Ave.
She also reportedly threatened her former boyfriend, Marquis Carlock. Frasik told police she was looking for her child, who was staying with Carlock.
Frasik was arraigned before District Judge Valarie Costanzo on charges of criminal trespass, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, burglary, harassment, terroristic threats and driving under suspension. She was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond.
COKEBURG
DUI charge: James Pauff of Cokeburg will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a one-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon on Route 917, Cokeburg.
State police said Pauff was driving south when his vehicle went off the road, hit a mailbox and then crossed the road, striking a guardrail. His blood-alcohol content was twice the 0.08 percent limit presumed for intoxication, police said.
MONONGAHELA
Officer assaulted: Kyra B. Huggins, 19, of 318 Seventh St., Donora, was arrested by Monongahela police after she allegedly assaulted a city police officer who was responding to a disturbance.
Huggins reportedly yelled obscenities when a vehicle was being towed from the Sheetz lot. Huggins, who had just left the St. Anthony Church Festa, started yelling at Officer Lindsi Kopko, who tried to quiet her down because of the crowd at the church. Huggins allegedly hit Kopko in the chest.
Huggins was arraigned before District Judge Valarie Costanzo on charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond.
NORTH FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP
Driver charged: Shea M. Pryor, 23, of 172 Edgewood Drive, Amwell Township, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance in connection with a traffic stop May 23 on Franklin Farms Road, North Franklin police said.
Pryor was driving erratically when stopped. Police said he admitted to ingesting heroin, and tests showed he had heroin and cocaine in his system. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of Senior District Judge Marjorie Teagarden.
NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP
Assault reported: Marcie Jo Adams, 39, of Oakdale, told North Strabane police that she was assaulted about 4 a.m. as she walked on Waterdam Road. Police found her carrying several bags on Route 19.
Police said Adams would not tell her who assaulted her but said she wanted to be taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. She left the hospital without being seen soon after arriving.
PETERS TOWNSHIP
Juvenile charged: A 16-year-old Peters Township boy will be charged with violating the drug act, township police said.
The boy was found at 10:29 p.m. Wednesday in Peters Lake Park with a suspected marijuana cigarette and a small bag of suspected marijuana. Juvenile allegations will be filed.
SOMERSET TOWNSHIP
Vehicle entered: Citizens band radios and radar detectors valued at $1,550 were reported stolen Sunday from several vehicles at Kaplan Trucking Co., 380 Route 519, state police said.
SOUTH FAYETTE TOWNSHIP
Tire slashed: The right rear tire on a car parked at 102 Morgan Hill Road, Morgan, was slashed before 5:32 a.m. Friday, township police said.
Horses mutilated: Two horses in a field on a farm at 261 Sygan Road, McDonald, had their tails cut off between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. June 22, township police said.
Two-foot sections of each of the horses' tails were removed. The horses were treated and recovered, police said.

Phone stolen: Adam Miller of 2711 Jefferson Ave., Washington, told South Strabane police Friday that his cellular telephone was stolen while he was at Wal-Mart, Trinity Point.
UNION TOWNSHIP
Driver charged: Lori G. Allen, 43, of Finleyville, was charged by state police with careless driving. She is accused of leaving the scene of a crash Saturday night on Frye Avenue near Boyd Street, Union. Allen was traveling west on Frye when she hit a parked car and continued without stopping, police said.
WASHINGTON
Loitering charge: Marius Chatman, 19, of 850 Broad St., Washington, was charged by Washington police with loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after he allegedly tried to kick in the doors at the home of Heather DeAngelo, 1143 Maple Terrace, early Monday. He also is accused of throwing items at the windows.
Window damaged: Jasmine Comfort of Washington told Washington police Sunday that a rock was thrown through the window of her vehicle while it was parked in the 400 block of Ewing Street.
Drugs stolen: Shirley Snavely of 1194 Maple Terrace told Washington police Monday that prescription drugs were stolen from her purse at her home.
Mirror damaged: Laquandra Bennett of West Newton told Washington police Sunday that vandals kicked the side mirror of her vehicle while it was parked near the intersection of Springfield and Murray avenues.
Bikes stolen: Rachel Campbell of 455 Duncan Ave. told Washington police Sunday that two blue, 20-inch Mongoose bicycles were stolen from the porch of her home.
DUI charge: James Hugus Jr., 42, of 49 Seminole Avenue, Washington, will be charged by Washington police with driving under the influence of alcohol after his vehicle crashed into a utility pole, sheering it off, early Sunday in the 200 block of North Main Street.
Police said his blood-alcohol content was more than 21/2 times the 0.08 percent limit presumed for intoxication.
Window broken: Vandals broke a window at Rice & Associates, 15 W. Beau St. early Saturday, Washington police said.
Vehicle stolen: Josh Patragas of Canonsburg told Washington police Friday that his black 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe was stolen from a lot at 122 E. Maiden St. The license number is GNP-5247.
Vandalism reported: Dan Voight of Washington told Washington police Friday that vandals broke the window of his front loader while it was parked at 60 Mill St.
WEST PIKE RUN TOWNSHIP
Hit-and-run reported: State police are looking for a vehicle that left the scene of a crash about 11 p.m. Sunday on McGirts Road, West Pike Run. The vehicle was going east on McGirts, went off the road, hit a wire fence and went into a grassy field. The vehicle then turned around and went back through the fence and onto the road.
