This article has been read 608 times.

State police in Pittsburgh are warning drivers that parking or stopping on bridges, ramps or the interstates to view Fourth of July fireworks is prohibited.

All violators will be cited, and vehicles left unattended will be towed immediately at the owner's expense.

Motorists also are being advised that inbound Fort Pitt Tunnel traffic will be detoured to the West End Circle or Route 51 when the tunnel closes at 9 p.m. for the fireworks.
