DUNKARD TOWNSHIP

Toilet set ablaze: State police said someone set fire to a portable toilet at the Point Marion Bridge construction site between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday. Allan's Waste Water Services of Holbrook owns the portable toilet.

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP


Crash reported: Kyli Jo Yoders, 17, of Carmichaels, was not hurt Tuesday when she wrecked her car on Route 21 at Murtha Drive at 10:50 p.m., state police said.

Copper wire stolen: Someone stole copper wire from a job site on Baker Drive between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, state police said. Hei Tech Inc. of Morgantown, W.Va., owns the material.

Theft from car: Matt Crist, 25, of Williamsport, told state police that someone stole a camera, global positioning system and tools from his vehicle while it was parked at Super 8 Motel Saturday or Sunday.

GPS stolen: Someone smashed a window on a pickup truck and stole a Tom Tom One GPS system while the truck was parked at Econo Lodge between 9 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Saturday, state police said. The vehicle belongs to Shaft Drillers International of Morgantown.

JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP

Wire stolen: Someone stole aluminum service wire and aluminum and copper wire from Allegheny Power's stock yard on Route 188 between 11 p.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.


WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP

Accident reported: Neither Eric W. Butia, 44, of Evans City, nor Luke Vanhorn, 37, of Creekside, was injured when their trucks collided on Interstate 79 at 9 a.m. Saturday.

WHITELEY TOWNSHIP

Jackhammer stolen: Someone stole a Hilti jackhammer from the back of a state Department of Transportation truck while it was parked along Route 19 at Kirby at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, state police said. Police are looking for a skinny white man, about 30 years old, who is bald or with very short hair. He was driving an older red sedan that had a hole in the muffler. The man fled east on Kirby Road.
