A New Eagle woman has been charged again in an ongoing dispute with her neighbor.

Sherry Jean Keyock, 27, of 461 Second St., was charged by Monongahela police with harassment and ethnic intimidation in an Aug. 10 incident. Keyock had just been released July 26 from Washington County Jail after serving 30 days for disorderly conduct.

Keyock and her husband, Kenneth, have been involved in a dispute with James Warren Jr. of 463 Second St.

Monongahela police Chief Bryan Tempest said Sherry Keyock is charged with yelling racial slurs in front of Warren's home. Warren is black and Keyock is white.

Tempest said police also are investigating another incident and additional charges could be filed.

Tempest reiterated his belief that "somebody is going to get seriously injured or killed if we don't solve this problem."

He told Washington County Judge Paul Pozonsky the same thing in June, when Sherry Keyock was put in jail because she had violated the judge's previous order to avoid conflict with Warren.
