Police ID victims in fatal accident This article has been read 3954 times. Observer-Reporter State police on Wednesday released the names of six people who survived a one-vehicle accident Tuesday in Hanover Township that killed a Franciscan University of Steubenville athlete. The injured were treated at UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh, and Weirton (W.Va.) Medical Center following the accident on Route 22 in which passenger Kelly Roggensack, 19, of Brentwood, Tenn., died. The injured have since been released, university spokeswoman Lisa Ferguson said Wednesday.
The seven members of the school's cross-country team were returning from a preseason practice at the Montour Trail near Imperial. All were wearing seat belts, police said. The other passengers are: Michael Feuz, 20, of Mt. Airy, Md.; Tawnya Zengierski, 21, of Madera, Calif.; Lindy Ramer, 21, of Piqua, Ohio; Katherine Eddy, 21, of South Portland, Maine; and John Levri, 22, of Sarver. The university is planning a memorial to Roggensack, Ferguson said. The plans will not be finalized until her parents are consulted.
