Assault charge: Michael Alvin Wardle : 10/5/2008
I am the girlfriend, Jessica. Felt it was important to let it be known that this article was VERY misleading. There was NO INCIDENT on our steps, and I was NOT flipped onto the floor. Caserta isn't even my last name. I used to be married, so now still have Jones as my last name. Mike is NOT a violent person and NOT abusive. I'm very frustrated by this report but can't seem to get any results from calling the police (regarding why this was printed as the charges). Also, all charges filed against him were from the police- I personally did not put charges against him, nor was I the one who called the police that night (the neighbors heard sounds).
