• Benjamin Lee Bercosky, 23, of 1632 Lone Pine Road, Marianna, false identification to law enforcement;

• Bernice Lynn Bredniak, 39, of 1163 Maple Terrace, Washington, access device fraud;

• Tawnya E. Francey, no age given, of 321 Beallsville Road, Lot 18, Bentleyville, bad checks;

• Kenneth Darnell Fulford, 23, of 209 Linn Ave., Washington, fleeing/attempting to elude police;

• Jacqueline Elizabeth Gagnon, 39, of 441 Extension Ave., Washington, theft by deception;

• Norman Johann Hatterer, 41, of 620 Bank St., Apt. 2, Bridgeville, receiving stolen property;

• James E. King, 31, of 558 Virgin Run Road, Vanderbilt, driving with a suspended license;
