DUI charge: Anthony Jordan Awrey, 22, of Saginaw, Mich., will be charged by California police with driving under the influence after police found him early Saturday driving his vehicle with a flat tire at Third and Wood streets. His blood-alcohol content was almost double the 0.08 percent limit presumed for intoxication, police said.
CANONSBURG
Router stolen: Chad Bushmire of 610 Euclid Ave. told Canonsburg police Saturday that a thief opened a box from Verizon that was delivered to his home and stole a router.

Faces DUI charge: Kevin Wayne Toth, 41, of 400 S. Central Ave., faces charges of DUI and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Friday afternoon at North Central Avenue and Pike Street.
Canonsburg police said he abandoned his vehicle, leaving it running after striking a vehicle owned by Robert Gibson of Canonsburg. Toth's BAC was more than double the 0.08 percent limit presumed for intoxication. Toth also was involved in a crash in Houston that is being investigated by state police.
FALLOWFIELD TOWNSHIP
Driver injured: Scott Harding, 23, of Manor, was slightly injured when his car hit the concrete Jersey barrier on Interstate 70 near the Bentleyville exit, Fallowfield, Sunday morning, state police said. He was cited for careless driving.
McDONALD
Charged in disturbance: McDonald police filed charges Friday against several people stemming from a Nov. 8 disturbance on Summit Avenue in the Belgium Club lot. Charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct was Melissa Schaal, 37, of 317 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald. Charged with public drunkenness were Donald Harbison, 25, of 404 North Ave., Midway, and William Oravetz, 23, of 139 S. McDonald St., McDonald.
Drug charges: Several people were charged Friday by McDonald police stemming from a Nov. 9 incident at 113 Grant St. McDonald police were called for a suspected domestic and a report of someone screaming for help. When they arrived, police found several young people drinking. They also found suspected marijuana.
Charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and underage drinking was Rikki Brant, 18, of 113 Grant St. Charged with underage drinking were Meghan Davison, 19, of Oakdale, and Blaine Fulmer, 18, and John Black Jr., 18, both of Pittsburgh.
Theft charge: Shazon Pierre Marchiny-Baker, also known as Sean Pezzy, 20, of 116 Grant St., McDonald, was charged by McDonald police with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking $100 from Ryan Johnson for two video game players on Nov. 11. He never gave the game players to Johnson, police said. The money was recovered.
PETERS TOWNSHIP
Tires stolen: Tires and aluminum wheels were stolen from a 2009 pickup truck while the truck was parked in the lot of Sun Chevrolet, 2939 Washington Road, McMurray, before 6:41 a.m. Monday, township police said.
ATVs stolen: Two all-terrain vehicles, valued at $10,000, were stolen from a barn in the 300 block of Church Hill Road, Venetia, before 4:40 p.m. Friday, township police said.
Access device fraud: A resident of the 100 block of Belin Drive told police his credit card was used to make four purchases, one for more than $300, township police said.
The incident was reported at 10:11 a.m. Friday.
SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP
Gates damaged: Gates and food plots were damaged Saturday at Wounded Warriors, Zediker Station Road, South Strabane police said.
UNION TOWNSHIP
Sign damaged: James Wise of Finleyville told state police that a "For Sale" sign in his front yard on Hobbitt Lane, Union, was damaged over the weekend.
Theft from vehicle: John Baynham of Finleyville told state police Monday that his wallet and prescription Vicodin pills were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked on Pumpkin Center Road, Union.
WASHINGTON
Criminal mischief: Rear windows were reported broken out of several cars in the city Sunday, mostly around 4 to 4:30 a.m. The cars were parked on Wilson and Allison avenues. Police say the damage may have been from a BB gun.
Vehicle theft: A 1990 black Honda CRV was reported missing Saturday morning from a parking lot at 217 E. Maiden St.
DUI charge: Charges are pending against Johnna Longstroath, 36, of Washington, after city police were called about a reckless driver on East Maiden Street about 4 a.m. Sunday. Police saw her driving in the wrong lane and pulled her over on Main Street. Witnesses said she drove through a yard and knocked a side mirror off a parked car. She had slurred speech, was confused and didn't follow directions during field-sobriety tests, according to the police report.
Criminal mischief: Washington police say the driver's side window of a car was reported broken out at 730 Ewing St. on Thursday.
Simple assault: Washington police responded to a fight at 1:53 a.m. Saturday involving a dozen women at the VIP on North Main Street. Stacie Yanosky and Amanda Yanosky, both of Uniontown, told police that 10 other women followed them out of the bar and began kicking and punching them. One of the women jumped on the car belonging to the Yanoskys, smashing a window. The 10 women fled after the fight was over. Stacie Yanosky said she wanted to press charges.
Wheelchair theft: A silver Quantum 600 electric wheelchair was reported stolen to Washington police Saturday morning. The wheelchair was left outside 6751/2 Broad St. about 4 p.m. and was last seen around midnight.
Forgery reported: Brieanna Thompson of 501 Fayette St. told Washington police Friday that money was stolen from her checking account to pay utility bills, including a cell phone bill and electric bill. She's not sure how the bills were paid since she has her checkbook.
Criminal mischief: Patricia Dix of 213 Linn Ave. reported to Washington police Friday that her house was shot with a paintball, leaving a hole in the house paneling.
Simple assault: Charges were filed Monday against Adam Blackburn, 21, of Washington. City police responded to a complaint of a domestic assault on Oct. 31. Beatrice Blackburn and Ashley Turner told police that Adam Blackburn hit them repeatedly in the head and face, according to court records.
