With Washington Reprographics, you'll never have to answer to an automated system. Employees prefer to speak with customers in person to ensure they are getting the personal attention they deserve, so that every detail of the project comes out right.
The company strives to meet the printing needs of every customer, whether the project is for a large corporation or an individual.
"We see the full spectrum of customer," said Laurie Harrison, Vice President of Sales. "One reason we've been able to grow is our ability to service the client's needs."
The company has worked on projects for the Washington Hospital, The Meadows Racetrack and Casino, Union Electric Steel and the Allegheny Tax Assessment office, as well as a number of school districts and individual walk-in jobs.
Washington Reprographics offers a free pick-up and delivery service and the turn-around for most projects is same-day or overnight. Employees, many of whom have been with the company for more than 20 years, are knowledgeable and dedicated to their jobs.
"Anybody can make copies," Harrison said. "We set ourselves apart by being professional. This is a career for our employees, not just a part-time job."
This professional atmosphere of Washington Reprographics has allowed the company to continue its commitment to customer satisfaction in every aspect of the customer's printing needs.
