NEW STANTON, Pa. (AP) _ State police have identified a man killed when he was ejected through the sun roof of his vehicle which flipped over on a toll road in southwestern Pennsylvania.

Police say 40-year-old Scott Austin, of Library, has been killed in the crash about 4 a.m. on the Route 66 toll bypass in Westmoreland County.

Police say it appears Austin was driving too fast when he missed his exit.

Police say Austin oversteered trying to make it onto the off ramp. The flipped over and came to rest on top of Austin who was thrown through its sun roof.
