A Houston man was arrested Friday on two warrants, including one accusing him of having 19 convictions of driving with a suspended license.

Ramone J. Barnes, 27, of 108 1/2 McNutt St., is being held on a repeat offender charge, as well of other counts of possession of a small amount of cocaine, aggravated assault and simple assault, court records show.

Washington police said Barnes had a tiny baggy containing cocaine when his vehicle was stopped about 12:30 a.m. July 20, 2008, in the 300 block of Maple Avenue, the affidavit indicates.

Meanwhile, Barnes is accused of throwing a brick or large rock at his uncle, Joseph Barnes, striking him in the forehead about 2:43 a.m. Nov. 1, 2008, at 1090 Jefferson Ave., Washington, the record shows.
