Washington County Coroner Tim Warco and state police are investigating the death of a Bentleyville man who apparently jumped into the Ellsworth Reservoir Friday.

Warco said Keith Allen Puskarich, 51, of James Street, was seen jumping into the reservoir on Todd Avenue in Ellsworth about 4:45 p.m. Members of the East Bethlehem Township Fire Department dive team recovered his body an hour later.

An autopsy was planned to determine Puskarich’s official cause of death.
