Two hurt in Dunlevy crash

Southwest Regional police and state police responded to reports that a vehicle crashed into a residence in Dunlevy, Washington County, at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

An individual at the scene said the driver of a car traveling on Route 88 lost control and veered off the road into a retaining wall. The vehicle bounced off the wall and crossed the road, hitting the corner and porch at 2254 B, Route 88, and came to rest at 2252 A.

A female occupant at 2252 A was transported to a nearby hospital.

The driver was sent by helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital. No additional information was available Sunday evening. Charleroi Fire Department responded to the scene.
