Jury deliberations head into sixth day in Wecht fraud trial Associated Press PITTSBURGH (AP) _ A U.S. District Court jury returns for a sixth day to deliberate the 41-count fraud indictment against celebrity pathologist and former Allegheny County Coroner Cyril Wecht. Federal prosecutors say Wecht used his former county coroner's staff for his personal benefit and to do work for his lucrative private practice. Wecht's attorneys say the charges are minor administrative issues that don't rise to the level of federal crimes. The jurors are to return to federal court Thursday morning.
