EDINBORO, Pa. (AP) — Authorities in western Pennsylvania say a two-car crash has killed three men, all students at Edinboro University.
State police say a car heading south at high speed on Draketown Road tried to pass another vehicle at the crest of a hill and hit an oncoming car at about 5:18 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say the crash killed 18-year-old Domenico Crea of Erie and his passenger, 18-year-old John Eyrolles of Pittsburgh, neither of whom was wearing a seat belt. Also killed was the driver of the other car, 21-year-old Sheldon Harmon of Bolivar, N.Y., who was wearing a seat belt.
Both vehicles sustained major damage and were towed from the scene.
