Tree trimmer attended Claysville U.M. Church

Glenn Richard Swartz, 65, of Claysville, died unexpectedly Friday, November 6, 2009, in his home.

He was born September 12, 1944, in Washington, a son of Glenn W. and Anna Mae Swartz.

Mr. Swartz attended Claysville United Methodist Church.

He was a 1963 graduate of McGuffey High School.

Mr. Swartz was formerly employed by Troutman's Department Store in Washington and as a tree trimmer.

He enjoyed walking, hunting and guns.

Surviving is a sister, Nancy I. Swartz, with whom he made his home.

Deceased are his parents.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Michael H. Heinrich Funeral Home, Claysville. A guest book is available at www.heinrichfuneralhome.com.
