Ronald D. Klinedinst
Owner/operator of Ron’s Self Storage
Ronald D. Klinedinst, 65, of Washington, died Saturday, May 30, 2009, in UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born May 10, 1944, in Washington, a son of Ernest Leo and Evelyn R. Barrows.
Mr. Klinedinst attended Washington and Trinity high schools.
He went on to become owner and operator of Ron’s Body Shop in South Franklin Township and then Ron’s Self Storage.
Mr. Klinedinst was a member of Sunset Lodge 623 Free and Accepted Masons.
On March 26, 1966, in Washington, he married Martha McClellan, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Ronald Daniel (Jeanne) Klinedinst Jr. of Washington; two brothers, Ernest (Kim) Barrows of Chula Vista, Calif., and David (Glenna) Barrows of Satsuma, Fla.; five sisters, Ruth Ann King of Summerville, S.C., Shiela (Robert) Bryant of Manchester, N.H., Denise (Jim) Spurgeon of Stroud, Okla., Jill (Earl) Boyd of Green Cove Springs, Fla., and Diane (Gary) Johnson of Interlocken, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Danyell and Chad Klinedinst.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, with the Rev. Augustine L. Luketich
Devoted wife and mother
Augustine L. Luketich, 89, of Washington, formerly of Monessen and Speers, died Saturday, May 30, 2009, in Donnell House, Washington, after a brief illness.
She was born December 19, 1919, a daughter of Charles and Louise Rosa Naccarato.
On August 16, 1947, she married Joseph Luketich, who died June 12, 2004. She had been living with her daughter and son-in-law since her husband’s death.
Mrs. Luketich was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church in Monessen.
She was a devoted wife and mother who cherished her family and friends.
Surviving are a daughter, Louise (Jimmy) Stringer of Washington, and three sisters, Sophie Ward of Washington, Peggy Singel of Brentwood and Lillian (George) Galla of Monessen.
Deceased are her beloved son, Lester Luketich; four sisters, Josephine Kuhar, Rose Naccarato, Marie Kilpatrick and Jeanne Thompson; and a brother, Fred Naccarato.
Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc., Grand Boulevard and Marion Avenue, Monessen, where a blessing service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. in Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, Monessen. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.

Peter Rapchak
Partner of Rapchak Brothers Grocery Store in Nemacolin
Peter (Pete) Rapchak, 94, of Nemacolin, died Saturday, May 30, 2009, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg.
He was born February 17, 1915, in Brownsville, a son of Stephen and Veronica Selina Rapchak.
Mr. Rapchak graduated from Brownsville High School.
He was a butcher and partner with Rapchak Brothers Grocery Store in Nemacolin for 40 years.
Mr. Rapchak enjoyed fishing and photography.
Surviving are two sisters, Julie Lewandowsky of Fort Myers, Fla., and Catherine Kosty of Pasadena, Calif., and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are six brothers, John, Andrew, Stephen, Joseph, Michael and George Rapchak, and a sister, Mary Rapchak.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Paul M. Lesako, director/supervisor. Joseph L. Rush
U.S. Army veteran served in WWII
Joseph L. Rush, 93, of Waynesburg, died at 12:48 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, in Washington Hospital.
He was born Monday, October 4, 1915, in Carmichaels, a son of Ora and Della Delaney Rush.
Mr. Rush was affiliated with the Methodist Church.
He was a veteran, having served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4793 of Waynesburg.
Mr. Rush worked for several garages as an auto mechanic, retiring in 1978.
Surviving are his wife, Cecyle Brewer Rush, whom he married Saturday, March 24, 1945; a brother, Raymond Rush of Carmichaels; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a sister, Viola Gay, and two brothers, Thomas Rush and Sam Rush.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L. Glenn F. Tedrow
Retired from U.S. Army
Glenn F. (Teddy/Bud) Tedrow, 64, of Mather, formerly of Wind Ridge and Jefferson, died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at home, after suffering from a cancer-related illness for the past 13 months.
He was born November 11, 1944, in Holbrook, a son of Mary Elizabeth Tilton Tedrow Bland of Waynesburg, East View, and the late Glenn Woodrow Tedrow.
Mr. Tedrow had been a resident of Mather since 2001.
He was a 1962 graduate of West Greene High School.
Mr. Tedrow retired as a sergeant first class, with 25 years of military service with the U.S. Army, June 30, 1984.
He was an employee of the former John Howard Subaru Sales in Waynesburg, was employed by the state Department of Corrections for 15 years and had been the manager of the Jefferson Motel for seven years at the onset of his illness.
Mr. Tedrow was a member and past commander of Jefferson American Legion Post 954.
He enjoyed playing golf, as long as his health permitted.
In July 1984, he married Dorothy Juanita Henry Allman, who survives.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a son, Dominike F., husband of Angie Tedrow, of Waynesburg; a daughter, Sandy K. Tedrow of Germany; a stepson, Daniel J., husband of Jennifer Allman, of Mather; a stepdaughter, Donna, wife of Daniel Morris, of Carmichaels; two sisters, Helen Rife of Cranberry and Patricia, wife of Henry White, of Masontown, W.Va.; two stepgrandchildren, Connessa D., wife of Danny Sager, and Haley M. Allman; and two stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin and Richard Sager.
Friends will be received from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Rush Funeral Home Inc., Rogersville. Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Amelia Lee Vaught
2008 Ringgold High School graduate attended IUP
Amelia Lee Vaught, 19, of Finleyville, died unexpectedly Sunday, May 31, 2009.
She was born September 15, 1989, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Robert and Marian Koza Vaught, who survive and reside in Finleyville.
Miss Vaught was a graduate of Ringgold High School, Class of 2008. She had finished her first year of college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She had attended Edwards Chapel Methodist Church in Finleyville.
Miss Vaught enjoyed life, loved people and had an amazing sense of humor.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a brother, Austin Vaught of Finleyville; paternal grandparents Charles and Gloria Basham Vaught of Shelbyville, Ky.; maternal grandmother Norma Hutchison Koza of Lawrence; an aunt, Susan Koza of Lawrence; four uncles, Ronald Novosel of Butler, Michael Vaught and wife Beth of Daingerfield, Texas, William Vaught and wife Jennifer of Atlanta, Ga., and John Eckman of Louisville, Ky.; and six cousins, Casey Koza, William and Andrew Eckman and Regina, Amanda and Steven Vaught.
Deceased are a maternal grandfather, Frank Koza, and an aunt, Linda Eckman, who died March 3, 2009.
