Description: Monday, August 11 and Tuesday, August 12 – The AARP “Smart Drive” 8 hour Beginner Course is the nation’s first and largest driving course for drivers age 50 and older. The course will be held in the New Meeting Room at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days. Most insurance companies will recognize a 5 percent decrease in auto insurance premiums with completion of the class. Participants must bring a current driver’s license and a check for $15 for AARP member or $20 for AARP non-member made payable to AARP that day. A light refreshment will be provided.
