Jon Stevens is the Observer-Reporter’s Greene County bureau chief. During his 41 years with the O-R, he has covered county government, courts and politics, and has won statewide and regional writing awards. He also is a member of the O-R editorial board. He received a bachelor’s degree in English from Washington & Jefferson College.
