A Day in a Park
Instead of shooting in "auto" and letting the camera make most of the decisions .. I shot in "manual"... that meant I had to pay attention! Shutter speed ... aperture... ISO ... depth of field ... with encouragement from friend Cheryl, I had the time to make some creative decisions. There is a lesion for life in all of this - stop living on the remote control of others... pay attention .. accept encouragement and guidance from others.. and enjoy God's Creation!
Getting ready to start my role as a voting commissioner to our Presbyterian Church USA national "General Assembly", held in Detroit MI. Today I was out and about and caught this scene. The interpretation could go two ways: 1. May the Holy Spirit fill our proceedings or 2. There is a lot of plain old hot air in our proceedings! I pray the former!
