Library prepares for Family Game Night

WAYNESBURG – The Family Literacy Program and the Children’s Department at the Eva K. Bowlby Public Library is celebrating National Gaming Day by hosting “Family Game Night” from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.

There will lots of good old-fashioned game playing for every member of the family. Also, in keeping with tradition, the library will be offering its fifth Annual Turkey Bowling event.

The library also is offering a Fall into Autumn Cyber Camp for youngsters in grades K-12 who are not able to attend weekly story hours.

Youngsters can register and participate in online activities, gaining points and rewards, and compete for a grand prize drawing to be held in January.
