Fulton – 50 years
Arthur Shrontz Fulton and JoAnna Fulton of Lone Pine, Amwell Township, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with a card shower and an event arranged by their children and their spouses. Cards can be mailed to 176 Potato Run Road, Washington, PA 15301
Mr. and Mrs. Fulton were married in the parsonage of Lone Pine Christian Church on November 23, 1962, by the Rev. Robert Goebel.
Their children are Brent (Paula) of Lone Pine, Brian (Lori) of North Strabane and Laura (Jeff) Nedley of Lone Pine.
They have four grandchildren, Natalie and Jeffrey Nedley, and Ryan and Aaron Fulton.
Mr. Fulton, son of Sara Louise Fulton of Washington and the late H. Brontz Fulton, was founder and former owner of Waynesburg Glass and Mirror and former coal miner at Emerald Mine in Waynesburg. He also has been a lifetime farmer and a member of Washington/Greene Antique Tractor Pull Association.
Mrs. Fulton, daughter of the late Robert and Laura Viola Millikin, retired after 34 years as a clerical aide for Trinity School District and previously was a lab technologist for Washington Hospital.
Both are active members of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Washington.
