A Waynesburg man injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday on Browns Creek Road in Morris Township died Tuesday in a Pittsburgh hospital.

Andrew Berryman, 21, of Waynesburg, died at 12:04 p.m. in UPMC-Presbyterian of injuries suffered in the crash, said a spokesman for the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The crash occurred about 3 p.m. State police said Berryman was traveling north on Browns Creek Road near Ninevah when he lost control of his 2008 Dodge Caliber on a curve.

His vehicle spun across the southbound lane, struck a parked Chevrolet Avalanche and flipped, according to police. The Avalanche was pushed back about 28 feet by the force of the impact, police said.

Berryman was wearing a seat belt.
