A cup of coffee waits for a lid in the window of Waynesburg Press Coffee Shop during the construction phase of the Canstruction competition that is part of Waynesburg Prosperous and Beautiful’s Holiday Open House Friday. More than a dozen sculptures, made entirely of food products, will be on display in the windows of Waynesburg merchants on High Street. The food for the sculptures is being provided by Consol Energy and will be given to the Corner Cupboard Food Bank when the art is dismantled.
