PennDOT work schedule announced
WAYNESBURG – Greene County maintenance manager Jerome Simkovic has announced a tentative work plan for the week beginning Monday.
All maintenance activities are conducted weather permitting. Motorists are urged to drive with caution throughout all work areas and be alert for signed work zones requiring the use of headlights.
Crews will be conducting the following activities:
n Patching and milling will be done on Route 88 (Eighty Eight Road).
n Cleaning ditch is scheduled for Route 218 (Smith Creek Road).
n Slide repair on Route 2016 (Mapletown Road) in Monongahela Township.
n Delineators will be installed on various routes countywide.
n Shoulder backup will be on Route 18 (Golden Oaks Road).
n Boom mowing is scheduled for Route 3008 (Jollytown Road).
n Pipe installation is scheduled for Route 4010 (Grange Road) in Gray Township and 4008 (Nebo Ridge Road) in Richhill Township.
n Signs will be updated, downed signs will be replaced, and complaints will be addressed on various state routes throughout Greene County.
