W&J’s Sirianni gets regional award

Washington & Jefferson College’s Mike Sirianni was named the D3Football.com South Region Coach of the Year.

Sirianni ranks fifth among active head coaches from all NCAA divisions with a .816 winning percentage (93-21). He was named Presidents’ Athletic Conference Coach of the Year for the fourth time last month after leading the Presidents to their fourth PAC Championship and seventh NCAA playoff appearance during his 10-year tenure.

W&J completed the season with an 8-3 (7-1 PAC) record, its 29th consecutive winning season.
